What leaves your phone. To draw the map and find routes and speed limits, map areas, your route's start and end points and nearby road queries go through our server to third-party map and routing services. To write and voice the characters' lines, trip context — the event (for example "speeding" or "arrived"), speed and limit, destination name, city, local time and the song on the radio — is sent to our server, which passes it to third-party AI services that write and voice the line. These providers may process data outside your country. Your exact GPS position is not sent for voice lines. The AI voice is on by default; you can turn it off in Settings and use the phone's built-in voice instead.
Account and purchases. Sign in with Apple gives us an anonymous user ID (never your password or, unless you share it, your email). Subscriptions and credit packs are processed by Apple and RevenueCat; we keep your AI voice credit balance. "Where did you hear about us" is sent to RevenueCat for attribution.
Storage. Trip context is not stored. Voiced lines may be cached without any user identifier for up to 60 days so repeated lines don't have to be voiced again. Your credit balance is kept while your account exists. Our server runs on Cloudflare.
Deleting your data. Settings → Account → Delete Account removes your credits and purchase record from our systems; also cancel any subscription in your Apple ID settings. Questions: support@trycrazymap.com.

账号与购买。通过 Apple 登录时我们只获得一个匿名用户 ID（看不到密码；除非你选择分享，也看不到邮箱）。订阅和额度包由 Apple 和 RevenueCat 处理；我们保存你的 AI 语音额度余额。“从哪里知道我们”会发送给 RevenueCat 用于渠道统计。
保存。行程信息不会保存。配好音的台词可能在不含任何用户标识的情况下缓存最多 60 天，避免重复配音。额度余额在账号存在期间保存。我们的服务器运行在 Cloudflare 上。
删除数据。在“设置 → 账号 → 删除账号”可删除我们系统中的额度和购买记录；订阅请另外在 Apple ID 设置中取消。联系：support@trycrazymap.com。
